Terms and Conditions of Agriturismo Casalicchio

1. Reservation and Check-in/Check-out

Il check-in è disponibile a partire dalle ore 14:00 e non oltre le ore 23:00.
Il check-out deve essere effettuato entro le ore 10:00.
Al momento del check-in, è necessario presentare un documento di identità valido.

2. Tariffe Pernottamento e Politiche di Deletion

Agriturismo Casalicchio offers various accommodation options, ideal for couples, families and small groups:

Double or triple rooms: Capacity for 2 to 3 people.
Rustic cottages:
- Orchidea: Capacity for 2 to 4 people.
- Fresia: Capacity for 3 to 6 people.

Accommodation rates

Rates vary according to:

The season (high or low).
Public holidays.
The number of guests and the type of accommodation chosen.

Taxes are already included in the prices. Discounts are available on certain dates based on promotions offered by the property on its communication channels.

Cancellation Policies

Agriturismo Casalicchio has two main policies for cancelling bookings:

Non-refundable rate

Includes breakfast.
No refund will be given in the event of cancellation or no-show (no-show).

Semi-Flexible Rate 21

Breakfast not included.
Requires a deposit of 30% of the total booking amount.
Specific policies:
- Cancellations made at least 21 days prior to 14:00 CET on the day of check-in: the deposit will be fully refunded via bank transfer.
- Cancellations made less than 21 days before 14:00 CET: the deposit will not be refunded and will be considered a penalty.

In case of no-show: 100% of the total amount of the booking will be charged.

3. Restaurant Rates and Services

Breakfast is served between 8:45 and 10:00 in the dining room. You can request a continental breakfast at an extra cost of €5 per person or a takeaway breakfast at no extra cost.
Lunch is served between 1:00 p.m. and 1:30 p.m.
Dinner is served between 8:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m.
Half board includes a choice of lunch or dinner, while full board includes both.
Additional charges are:
- Standard half board: +€30 compared to bed and breakfast.
- Standard full board: +€55 compared to bed and breakfast.
- Light half board: +€23 compared to bed and breakfast.
- Light full board: +€45 compared to bed and breakfast.
- Children's menu: €17/person.
Drinks included with meals are water and 1/4 litre of house wine per person. Other drinks are subject to a charge.

4. Room Cleaning and Maintenance

Rooms are cleaned after each check-out and every 3 days for stays of at least one week.
Extra cleaning is available on request at a cost of £20 per room.
Extra towels are available at a cost of £3 per item.

5. Use of the Swimming Pool

The swimming pool is open from 1 May to 30 September, from 10:00 to 18:30.
Swimming caps must be worn. If necessary, they can be purchased on site.
Diving is prohibited.
The swimming pool is not supervised; guests are responsible for their own safety and personal belongings.
Children may only use the swimming pool under the strict supervision and responsibility of adults. The management accepts no responsibility for any use of the swimming pool that does not comply with the above regulations.

6. Rules of Conduct

Guests are requested to respect quiet hours and other guests staying at the property.
Guests must respect the environment, rooms and common areas.

Any damage caused to the property will be charged.
