Returns and Refunds Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please read our returns and refunds policy carefully.

This policy applies to purchases made on the website agriturismocasalicchio.it.

1. Right of Withdrawal (Change of Mind)

You have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, without giving any reason, within 14 days of the date on which you received the products.

Conditions for the Right of Withdrawal:

To be eligible for a return due to a change of mind, the product must be:

• Unbroken and unused.
• Unopened. For hygiene and health protection reasons, we cannot accept returns of food products (such as our oil) that have been opened after delivery.
• Returned in its original packaging (bottle or tin), complete with intact seals and labels.

Return costs for withdrawal: The shipping costs for returning the product are borne by the customer.

2. Damaged, defective or non-compliant products

If you receive a product that has been damaged during transport (e.g. broken bottle, dented tin with oil leakage) or a product that is different from the one you ordered, please contact us immediately and in any case no later than 3 days after receipt.

• How to do it: Send us an email to info@agriturismocasalicchio.it or a WhatsApp message to +39 333 485 3658 attaching:
  
  1. Order number.
  2. A description of the problem.
  3. Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.
• Resolution: In this case, we will arrange for the product to be collected at our expense and you can choose between a new shipment (replacement) or a full refund, including any original shipping costs.

3. How to Make a Return (Procedure)

To initiate a return procedure (only for the Right of Withdrawal on undamaged products):

1. Log in to your account: If you do not have an account, create one using the same email address you used for your order.
2. Find your order: In your personal area, go to the "Orders" section and select the order containing the products you wish to return.
3. Request a Return: Click on the "Request Return" button and indicate the products and quantities you wish to return.
4. Wait for Confirmation: You will receive an email confirming that your request has been processed.

4. Return Shipping and Refund

Once your withdrawal request has been approved:

1. Prepare the Package: Carefully pack the products, ensuring they are intact and sealed.
2. Ship: Ship the package to Agriturismo Casalicchio at the following address: Contrada Casalicchio, 92022, Cammarata (AG), Italy
   (Note: you are responsible for the package until it reaches our warehouse. We recommend using a traceable shipping method).

Approval and Refund: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the products to verify that they are intact and unopened.

• If the return is approved, we will process your refund within 7-10 working days.
• The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase.
• The cost of the returned products will be refunded. You are responsible for the shipping costs for the return.
