Fast and secure shipping
1. Shipping processing times
Please note that customers may be responsible for paying any customs or import duties that may be applied to international orders.
2. Shipping methods and delivery times
- Standard shipping in Italy: 3 to 6 working days.
- Standard shipping in the EU: 7 to 10 working days.
- Standard shipping worldwide: 7 to 14 working days.
- Courier shipping: the system will calculate the times based on the supplier.
3. Costs
The shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, after you have entered your full address.
4. Shipping restrictions
All orders are processed within 1-2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after the order is placed. Please note that during periods of high volume, processing time may take longer than usual.
We do not ship to PO boxes.
5. Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the tracking number on the courier's website.
6. Damaged or lost items
If you receive a damaged item or your order is lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, which may include a refund or replacement if applicable.
